CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" THAT APPLY TO ALL FARES SOLD THROUGH FlyOrient.com
- Seats are limited and fares may not be available on all flights.
- All Cancellations (where permitted) are subject to a fee specified on individual customer's invoice (charged by ticketing airline) plus $50 per ticket fee charged by FlyOrient.com. Cancellation or refund process may take 6-8 weeks.
- All Changes (where permitted) are subject to a fee specified in your individual invoice plus $25 per ticket charged by FlyOrient.com. Tickets issued at special web fare discounts may not be reissued to another fare type.
- Special offers, coupons, credits or frequent mileage programs may not be applied to the web fares on FlyOrient.com. Credit vouchers cannot be used for payment for tickets purchased on FlyOrient.com. Discounts do not apply to previously purchased tickets.
- Total price shown includes Passenger Facility Charge (s), depending on itinerary, U.S. or international departure and arrival charges, U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security or other similarly based charges, fees or taxes. See your individual invoice .
- If your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone within 2 business days and your payment will NOT be processed.
- FlyOrient.com currently cannot ship tickets to a non-US. delivery address. Please email us before placing the booking if you want the tickets shipped to an International address.
- Seat assignments can be made by calling the airline directly. Upgrades and standbys are not available.
- For international travel, it is always important to check country's "Entry Requirements", have the correct Visa if required and make sure that your Passport is up to date in advance of travel.
- Passenger must reconfirm Reservation directly with Airline 72 hours prior to each flight's departure. Failure to do so may result in Cancellation of your Reservation.
- Check-In at the airline counter is required at least 3 hours prior to departure. Late check-in may result in Cancellation of Reservation.
- Pets are allowed on flights booked through FlyOrient.com, pursuant to the airlines' individual restrictions and regulations. Additional charges may apply. Call the individual airline for rates and availability.
- By clicking on the "Finish Booking" button you authorize FlyOrient.com to charge your credit card for the total amount shown. And you agree not to deny the charges for any reason.
